Top Google+ trends: Steve Jobs wasn't a fan of Siri name, Android Ice Cream Sandwich update

The co-founder of Siri has revealed that former Apple CEO Steve Jobs wasn’t too fond of calling Apple’s voice recognition feature “Siri” but the company eventually stuck with the name because Jobs failed to find a better one.
Cadbury UK is also sharing a screenshot featuring Siri that is resonating with Google+ (G+) users. The image shows Siri answering the question, “What is the meaning of life?” with “All evidence to date suggests it’s chocolate.”

Google announced via its Android Google+ page that it had started rolling out Android version 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich to selected Nexus S, Xoom Wi-Fi, and HSPA+ Galaxy Nexus devices. Additional Android devices will get the update in the coming weeks too, said Google.
Google+’ers are sharing articles about why former OMGPOP employee Shay Pierce decided not to accept a job offer from Zynga when it acquired the company behind the popular Draw Something game and reports that the OMGPOP founder had just $1,700 in his bank account before the deal.
Hong Kong remains unchanged in third place in G+'s trending topics and Syria moves down one place to number two.
